Membership

MASPA is comprised of Human Resources professional across the twenty-four Maryland Local School Systems.

It is our goal to enhance membership to strengthen the Human Resources practices that impact employees, students and communities across Maryland.

We are seeking Human Resources professionals who are committed to advancing the profession and elevating the field of education.

We invite new & returning MASPA members to complete the registration below. A finalized membership list and invoice will be provided to each school system’s MASPA liaison. We will continue the group membership options for this year.

For the 2026 – 2027 membership year, all members should complete the registration information below.
